7 Birthday Reasons..JulyBorn

Hello Godstimers!

July is my birth month. I pray a Happy Purpose filled birthday to me and other July born.

I am passionate about our individual and collective purpose in life and that makes birthdays and birth month very exciting and mostly reflective for me.

Today I share with you my 7 personal reasons for celebrating my birth date, recognizing others in my birth month who do amazing, inspiring stuff!

Here are 7 reasons why I honor this day:

  1. 7 is significant.   7 is set apart for holy purpose. "By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing. On the seventh day he stopped the work he had been doing.  Then God blessed the seventh day and set it apart as holy, because on that day he stopped all his work of creation." Genesis 2:1-2
  2. Birth date =divine purpose. Birthdate reminds us of why we are here on earth. My divine mandate is to use God given gifts and talents to help the less privileged and INSPIRE women to unlock their hidden potentials, remove evil labels, replace joy stealers and rebrand their lives through biblical focused and inspirational answers. This GodsTime blog lets me share what I love to do, teach, inspire, motivate and empower others. As the founder of HANNAH's HOUSE - international ministry that advocates for women and children’s health, education, and community development. www.thehannahshouse.org
  3. Purpose living. You are born for a purpose, you are in possession of gifts, talents and skills to solve problems. God told Jeremiah these words to encourage and inspire him to move forward, choose courage towards his divine assignment. Before God formed you in the womb, He knew you. Before you were born, He set you apart for His holy PURPOSE. God appointed you a "Problem Solver" to the nations. It must manifest. Jeremiah1:5
  4. Test is Testimony. Test are huge testimonies in disguise, my tests in life has brought me to this place of pure joy and resilience once I accepted Jesus as my Lord and personal savior. I have learned to trust God and be still in His answers. There is a peace that no person can give. The road has not been easy but I must continue to share God's love, forgiveness and restoration to others. I am living testimony. Psalm46:10
  5. God is Love. We can do so much, serve passionately if we have Love. I pray for more love to capture my heart for others.  Love heals. Love forgives. Love endures. Love inspires.
  6. God Forgives. You were once dead because of your failures and your uncircumcised corrupt nature. But God made you alive with Christ when he forgave all our failures. I pray to forgive and let go more, as Jesus did for me, He washed all my sins on the cross made me whole again. God forgives us and remembers our sins no more so we must forgive, forget and repent. Colossians 2:13-15
  7. Life is Golden. The refiner's fire reminds me that we are golden vessels. We must go through refinement. The goldsmith process his materials by taking it through the fire, melt it, use it, mold it, press it, shake it, sift it. Oh what a process we must all go through to become sweet golden inside and out. The grace of God is sufficient.
  8. Lessons Learned. There is power in learning your strengths and weakness. To admit your faults and mistakes and learn for them. To continue to press forward to the mark. To stay humble but focused in pursuing eternal Joy.
  9. No apologies.  I do not hide my faith in God. I never want to choose between my religion and staying ahead. There is absolutely no apologies for sharing my faith so boldly and passionately. You do not know my story. I do not know your story. Our stories paints our life pictures, we usually share our triumphs and greatness but usually you do not see the darkest moments.
  10. Do not Judge.  I pray not to judge or be judged. I pray to share praiseworthy stories of our Faithful God and people who are inspiring. Always remember each one must give account for our life's work to the creator, the most High God. Trust, no one will bear your cross. Jesus on the cross has already laid his life down for you. Receive grace, peace and the faith to become non judging, loving, unapologetically faith filled. Jesus Christ Ambassador.

FAITH speaks

Hello Godstimers!

FAITH is the divine currency for exchange not tears, pity, desperation, manipulation or doubt.

Jesus told her, "Daughter, your FAITH has made you well. Go in peace! Be cured from your illness [challenge, fear, pain]. Mark5:34

The month of June has been very busy. Summer is always busy with lots of activities and events but this year has been by far the busiest so much to do but little time, 24 hours a day is no longer enough!

I pray God gives us more time management to devote to His work. How can we find balance with our personal obligations and serving God, or is there anything as such?  I believe there is a balance and the more we seek the face of God we truly will get there, our divine purpose will manifest. Trust God. Keep praying! Ask for it!

Pray THIS : dear Lord, I need your divine help in my schedule, managing life obligations and ultimately want to do your will. I can not do this without you. Thank you in the name of Jesus Christ I pray. AMEN
 signed your daughter_______

This brings me to FAITH.
What is Faith? How do we activate Faith? Is it a feeling?  a thought? an action? a spoken word?
While researching on the "refiner's fire" I came across some major women of Faith in the bible. The lessons learned are such eye openers.
Faith in my opinion is openly declaring that God is in control and not us. Accepting that Jesus has already declare our freedom on the cross by giving us GRACE! Faith is activating Grace. Praise God for this revelation!

Studying The Faith of a Canaanite Woman Matthew15: 21-28
21Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.”
23Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.”
24He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.”
25The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said.
26He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.”
27“Yes it is, Lord,” she said. “Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.”
28Then Jesus said to her, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed at that moment.

Lesson #1: Crying does not work.  vs22
Lesson #2: Jesus does not respond to our faithless loud cry. vs23
Lesson #3: Do not be chased away for crying too much and bothering others. vs23
Lesson #4: Worship must be done with the right intention not to get answers from God  but to acknowledge, reverence, glorify and magnify our God! vs25
Lesson #5: Humility and acceptance of God's word and response is key. God's answers are usually yes, no, wait or take this for now. Express your FAITH in God, speak life. Accept God's timing. God knows best for what we need. vs27
Lesson #6: God responds to our attitude of Faith. The way we receive blessings and challenges are very important key to our breakthrough. Stay thankful NO MATTER WHAT! vs 28

I am learning to follow in the Canaanite Woman Faith. Join me
Would love to hear from you?

note: I would really love to read your comments. thank you.
Still learning. teaching. inspiring. motivating. empowering.
God loves you.

September 2013:

Dear Godstimers!

The vision of Hannah's House is clear this month we are moving forward with our 2013 project goals, it has been a long time coming and we are excited to launch our humanitarian projects on women and children.

I prayed, praised and worshipped God. Seeking God's face.
Then the LORD answered me, "Write the vision. Make it clear on tablets so that anyone can read it quickly." Habakkuk2:2

The last couple of years has been a learning experience, traveling, volunteering, researching, refining, promoting and above all praying.

This month had me reflecting on the last couple of years and its defining moments:

Big God. Big Expectations.Big Results

Hello Godstimers!

I am still in my year of Favor 2013: SpeakLife.

Will you Join me lets speak God's word and apply it to our lives?

As I declared the month of May: "Big God. Big Expectations. Big Results". I did not know that i was truly going to witness an awesome month. I share testimonies here to encourage us to dig deeper into the word, pray&praise&worship daily. I know we go through different challenges but be empowered with the word of God. Read it. Speak it. Use it daily.

I call them "Conversations with our Father".
Jeremiah 33:3 GWT says "Call to me, and I will answer you. I will tell you great and mysterious things that you do not know."
When we call to God our father, he answers and as we humbly ask for his help, he will show us great things (healing, deliverance, peace, joy), all his promises to us comes alive! The rule here is you have to call, ask, speak to God. He wants a conversation, relationship with you.

Testimony: prayers were answered-- two speaking engagements, work assignments tripled at the job, rejoiced with Rev.Evangelist E.Success ordination, promoted & launched my pastor's book event, MC the mothers day concert for the women's ministry at church, by the way the holy spirit moved in a such manner i had never felt before in this event my speaking was different (working on editing the video, will post soon).

I was encouraged this month to continue praying, speaking Life, praise and worship.

Above all, this month i learned the following:
  1. Never underestimate the power of prayer: I asked the holy spirit to guide and teach me what to say at the women ministry event and He truly showed up as the perfect gentleman, anointed my tongue. I was saying... "Women, Jesus want us to Speak! Yes Speak Life into any situation, he has given us the power and mandate to do this", if i could say so myself it was powerful, liberating because i know it is not my might or power, truly by the spirit of the living God such is revealed.
  2. Busy schedule affects prayer time: As the work assignment tripled at the job I began to notice that it was cutting into my personal time with my Father. The physical body need balance and the personal time to have conversations with God its important to refuel and release. I am thankful for the extra work assignment but now I know i must ask for direction and wisdom going forward. Jesus says to bring to him all our heavy burdens (Matthew 11:28-30)  and also that he can never give us more than we can bear ( Ist Corinthians 10:13)
  3. Praise and Worship is powerful!: I want to cultivate an attitude of praise&worship as a lifestyle in my home, at church, attending gospel concerts, with friends. It is empowering, strengthens and    gets you closer to the ear of our creator. Jesus tells the Samaritan woman that God is seeking for those who will worship him in truth and in spirit. (John4). We are created to worship the father. He inhabits in the praises of his people. You can pray amiss but never praise amiss. Think about it!
  4. Writing is not easy, it takes dedication and focus and divine inspiration.
  5. I am passionate about the women of the bible.
  6. Humanitarian ministry is a divine calling:  Working on public relations campaign for Evangelist E.Success humanitarian work in Africa, I am convinced that Prayer+Faith+Missions+Advocacy+Aid+Donors= Humanitarian ministry.  Philippians 2:4 "Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." I cant wait to go on medical mission trip with the team in the near future.
Looking forward to reading your comments. you can also send email to godstymeisbest@gmail.com

Love, Peace & Blessing.
as always stay connected!
