Day 8: #21DaysChallenge (SweetlyBroken)

Hello GodsTIMErs!

You are the best.  Stay strong and focused.

Our encouragements are in the bible verse we have been reading from the previous post. Continue to read God's word, meditate and use them for your prayer time.

As we continue our 21 day challenge to seek God's face through prayers, fasting, reading the word, listening to inspirational  music, praise, worship and hymns. We are reminded to keep our eyes on the prize. The prize is a deeper relationship with our Lord Jesus.

There are several reasons you may be doing this challenge, whether is seeking God for a solution to a problem,  or for wisdom, clarity and focus on your decisions this year whatever the case have faith that your needs are met as you seek Him. We pray this experience giving time to God has started or rekindling that love and hunger you have for worship.

Today, we want to draw closer to Jesus, closer than we have ever been. Not satisfied with challenges, lack, delay and burdens of life?  Come to Jesus, bringing all your problems and He will change your life.
"Come to me, all who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28

Day 7: #21DayChallenge (Seasons)

Hello GodsTIMErs!

How are you holding up? Its Day 7. Are you still with me?
Hang in there. We are refreshed daily as we listen to God's word, prayers, worship, staying positive with the thoughts in our minds and our conversations. Read the previous post for the bible verses  we are using to stay focused.

Day 7: This is your season to bear good fruits. This is our season to receive God's grace, favor, to reap all good things we have sown.  We are created to bear good fruits according to our creator.  Receive all your good gifts: Grace. Favor. Love. Joy.

Be Encouraged. Stay inspired with these words and music:

"Glimmers in the dark.
When you were a child holding a mirror in your hand, if you caught a glint of the sun, that mirror reflected a beam that could actually illumine a dark place. That was pretty exciting! You had the power to shine in the darkness. It was better than holding a flashlight because the reflection source was from above you, not from batteries in your hand. It was supernatural phenomena to every child. Each of God's children has the power to illumine the darkness. The light shows up in different forms: Humor, Kindness, Peace, Hope, Grace- all characteristics that can come out of us when the light Source #Jesus shines through us."
By Luci Swindoll of  Women of Faith Devotional Bible

Enjoy my music selection for today's encouragement. One of my favorite worship leaders, Pastor William Murphy of the Dream Center.  Song is"It is working". God is leaning in our direction and this is your season for GRACE, FAVOR, it is our season to reap all that we have sown! I have a seed in the ground, it is harvest time.

Thank you for connecting and reading my blog.
God loves you.

Day 5 #21Day Challenge (Water&Stillness)

Be Still. God is in motion
Hello GodsTIMErs!

We are in Day 5. I am sure you are "still" with me on this challenge.
Stay encouraged.
As usual, we are reading the word of God, praising and worshipping God through hymns and songs, make a joyful noise, laugh, smile, reverence the name of God, trusting that you are in the right place when you in His presence. Make time for God. GodsTIME.

Check the previous post for the bible verses we are reading at noon and each time you have set out for this.

Today, we are reading Psalm 46: 10 "Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!"

Learning to be still and trust that God is in control of ALL that concerns you is not easy but we are asked to do so in this verse. We must be obedient to the word of God. It bear good fruits. Staying calm when you face trails and accusations and struggles is what this verse wants us to do.
To be "Still" means

  • not moving or making a sound
  • deep silence and calm
  • not moving or in motion
This takes trust, to not make a sound when accused, or when facing challenges, we tend to fight back or try to prove ourselves as the one in the right. God is telling us today to stay calm and let me fight the battle for you, and you will know that I am God. What a reassuring promise that He will never fail us.

Thank you Jesus for your words are comforting and bring us peace in times of unrest.

Enjoy my music selection for today is "Water" by Anthony Brown and Group Therapy.
God presence is water, we can not do without it, water is a basic necessity of life we need God to fill, refill us again as we stay calm and still for his healing touch!
He is the God of overflow, let his presence like water fill you up and quench your thirst (challenges).

Be Still.
God loves you.

Day 4 #21DaysChallenge

Hello GodsTIMErs!

We are in day four of our prayer, fasting and worship challenge. God is our strength.

note: At noon each day we read all our bible verses shared in the previous posts.

Today, we are highlighting Psalm 31 is a very powerful verse to pray with, as I read it and meditate on the words, they jumped right at me and surely inspires, comforts and moves my spirit.

Psalm 31 says  "Into Your Hand I Commit My Spirit"  Points to ponder:
  •  As we do this challenge, we must commit our spirit, everything that concerns us to God. The first verse announces that we take refuge and build our foundation strong with God, as we do that we will never be put to shame, and God in His righteousness will deliver us. (vs 1)
  • For those going through trials, feeling under pressure, rejected, attacked  there is a word for you in verse 7 " I will rejoice and be glad in your steadfast love, because you have seen my affliction; you have known the distress of my soul and you have not delivered me into the hand of the enemy; you have set my feet in broad place." Wow! Be rest assured as we put our trust and faith God, all our needs are met and removed from the enemies camp.
  • This time of refreshing, as we  set out time aside to reverence God, He will cause His face shine on you and saved by his love. "Make your face shine on your servant; save me in your steadfast love." vs16
Make sure to read the word of God and pray with them.
Ask God to guide our daily steps.
Jesus has already paid all the price for our salvation and freedom on the cross, His blood paid our debts and we are free. Receive your freedom today, confess all sins, stay connected to the source. (Col 2:15)

Enjoy powerful worship song " Aka Jehovah (The Hand of God) by Pastor Gabriel Eziashi. One of my favorite worship songs. This will bless you and lift up the mighty name and Hand of God over your situation, any challenges you are facing. be lifted.

God bless you.
God loves you.

Day 3 #21DaysChallenge

Hello GodsTIMErs!

How are you? It is Day three. Still Excited? Feeling tired? Do not give up.

We are continuing with our 21Days Challenge of praying, fasting, praising and worshipping God and listening to positive words and music. It is going well. You may face trials, temptations, even some pain but push forward.

Our theme today is "Do not give up" and "Forgiveness"

We are reading our favorite bible verses stated in previous post, and including some new today.

Psalm 51: "Create in Me a Clean Heart, O God"
In this bible verse, as you read, meditate on the word and personalize it by asking God to create in you a clean heart, forgiveness for your sins, those you offended and those you are holding grudge or have not totally forgiving in your heart. Identify the person, make a list that usually works for me. I tend to create my prayer list with names and begin speaking over that person or situation. It works!
This verse is really targeted towards cleansing, asking God to purge you and you will be clean, wash me and the reference said "I shall be whiter than snow". Snow is clear white, no stains. (vs7)

prayer: Lord Jesus, thank you for forgiving me (us) from sins that have held us bound,( un-forgiveness, anger, pain, jealousy, strive, envy, gossip, any and all sins you can remember and even mention those you may have done not knowing) , thank you for the blood of Jesus that washes all my sins away, On the cross you have given me the key to come against all sins and stand on your finished works of deliverance from all stubborn sins in my life. Thank you for using me to help others and may your perfect will be done in my life. Amen

As you have prayed, begin to release all that is holding you back, see yourself as a forgiven vessel worthy of love and learn to let it go that which is in the past, and forgive others. Our Lord's Prayer teaches us to forgive that we maybe forgiven by our Father in heave, do this daily.

Today. We Release. Restore and Receive.
Enjoy the music selection, "Nothing but the blood of Jesus" Let the blood speak for you, allow your change to come, have faith in the word of God.

God loves you.
Tina

Day 2: #21DaysChallenge

Hello GodsTIMErs!

Welcome to Day two:

Did you remember to pray with "The Lords Prayer" at noon today?

We are still praying, fasting, sharing God's word, singing (hymns, worship and praise).

Stay encouraged as you take your tea, liquids, fruits, vegetables, whether it is the Daniel Fast or a 6am -3pm liquids only fast. I am excited about this journey as we do it together, stay inspired by reading God's word and listening to positive music, stay away from any negative environment, it is very important. God will meet you at the point of your need, whether this fast is for cleanse, restoration, seeking clarity, direction, wisdom, focus or even asking more of God in your life.

As we know from Day one, we are reading and meditating on the following bible verses:
  • Psalm 23, 31 and 46
  • Psalm 91
  • Matthew 6 : 10-13 "Our Lord's Prayer"
Today's bible verse is Psalm 46:4-5.
This is a beautiful message, full of promises from God.
Meditate on it and see as the promises of God, restores and refreshes you!

"4There is a river* whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy place where the Most High dwells.
5God is within her*, she will not fall;
God will help her* at break of day."

*You are the "river" insert your name in that verse. You exist to worship God. vs4
*You are "her" insert your name in that verse. God will help and renew you each morning.  vs5

Stay blessed and encouraged as you listen to another inspiring worship song by Minister Nathaniel Bassey "Imela".

I can wait to hear you testimonies!

God loves you,
Tina
